Gipsy Point Lakeside’s Waterfront Apartments provide absolute luxury with a waterfront location and views. Each waterfront apartment has a spacious deck with outdoor furniture, which is separated from the water only by foreshore reserve. Huge picture windows along the front of the lounge, dining and kitchen provide tremendous water views. The bedroom is set up four steps on a split level, with a portico opening between the lounge and bedroom providing water views from the bedroom. Native gardens surround paved paths lead from each apartment to the foreshore reserve at the front and to the rest of the property at the rear of the apartments.

The apartments are luxuriously and tastefully appointed for stays of even extended durations. Air conditioning and a wide deck provide comfort in all conditions. A comfortable two and half seat sofa and lounge chair are ideally located to watch nature in comfort. Entertainment facilities include Colour TV, video player and a small CD system. Our Direct Dial Phones are compatible with modems.

Full kitchen facilities allow guests to dine on gourmet meals in the comfort of their apartment. Kitchen appliances include a dish drawer dishwasher, ceramic cook top, convection microwave and frost free refrigerator. Naturally all crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided. Alternatively a BBQ in our gardens or at picnic areas beside the Mallacoota Lakes can be very enjoyable. Dining out options include a number of restaurants, hotels and cafés in the district.

The spacious bedrooms have a dressing table with a large mirror, wardrobe, case rack and drawers. Bedding can be configured as either a king sized bed or two long single beds. In addition to the water views from the bedroom through the lounge, another window overlooks a native garden to the rear of each apartment.

The bathrooms in the waterfront apartments are very tasteful decorated. They are lavishly appointed with a large corner spa and separate shower. A giant mirror along one side of the bathroom, heating and a large window overlooking native gardens produces a feeling or warmth and space. Laundry facilities provided in the bathroom include an iron and ironing board, washing machine and clothes drier.
